By accessing or using Antigravity Monitor ("the Service"), operated by Herzsoft ("we", "us", "our"), doing business as Antigravity Monitor, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Herzsoft. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Hobby, Starter, Growth/Team, Pro) as well as custom Enterprise solutions, with varying features and limits. The current plans and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize our authorized Merchant of Record to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
The free Hobby plan is provided "as-is" with limited features and no guaranteed support response time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately, and the prorated difference will be charged. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Herzsoft and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our Service.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service (monitor configurations, status page content, team information). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in those policies.
You may export your monitoring data at any time through the dashboard or API. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy, except where retention is required by law.

When you create a public status page, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information displayed. The content you publish on status pages must not:
We reserve the right to remove status pages that violate these terms or our acceptable use guidelines.
Antigravity Monitor is a monitoring and notification service. We detect and report issues — we do not fix or resolve problems with your monitored websites, servers, or APIs.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or notification delivery. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Herzsoft and Antigravity Monitor shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Herzsoft, Antigravity Monitor, and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, where applicable, the regulations of the European Union (including GDPR). Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall apply where more favorable.
